Single-Layer PP/PS Sheet Extruder

APPLICATION AREA:
The extruders: PP/PS granule to PP/PS sheet which is used for producing different kind of cups, food containers, plastic trays, plastic dishes, plastic bowls, plastic trays, plastic lids, and other plastic products. The extruder makes PP/PS sheet suits for producing plastic products by plastic thermoforming machines.

FUNCTION:
Function:
The machine is composed of extruding, calendering and traction rolling. The main parts including screw rods, cylinder, die are made of high quality specially-treated alloys. It's characterized by abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistant, etc. The extruding channel is even in resistance force and has no retention, which have the sheets of thickness is in balance.
